Carina and her siblings were dumped and found themselves at a high kill shelter in West Texas. They are good with other dogs and kids, and should be with cats with proper introductions.    All dogs and puppies require supervision and training.  

Hi my name is Carina!

I’ve spent the last couple of days settling into my foster home with my littermate, Adhara. I am very brave and am loving all the new sights and smells here! I am also really affectionate and love getting snuggles and pets from my foster mom and dad. I am working so hard on potty training and love the cookies and praise I get when I go potty outside. My foster mom says that I am really smart though and will get the hang of it soon, especially since I don’t have any accidents in my kennel overnight.

My foster home has lots of new friends for me to interact with too. I like the other dogs here and enjoy running around and playing with them. I’ve also met two very friendly kitties and have even gone nose to nose with them both! I haven’t tried to chase them though because they let me know that they rule the house. My foster home also has a near two-year-old small human who is very gentle with me. I like to give her kisses and love when she pets me. Even though my foster home is fun and full of new experiences, I would really love a forever family of my own! I promise I am such a fun and sweet girl and will love you for the rest of my life.
