Once because their owner dumped them at a kill shelter in Texas, and again when the rescue that said they wanted them abandoned them and put their lives at risk again. Well, no more dumping! The puppies will be on their way to Minnesota soon and will need fosters or adopters. They are good with other dogs, cats, and kids. Puppies require training and supervision.
