Pegasus and her litter were dumped at a high kill shelter in West Texas. She loves all dogs and everyone, cats are unknown. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful.

Pegasus aka Peggy is a playful, goofy gal looking for her forever home. She arrived in Minneapolis mid-March just in time for her first snowfall. And she LOVED it. She has quickly become a Minnesotan and enjoys being outside no matter the weather. When she’s not outside enjoying the weather, she is inside either playing with toys, following her foster mom around curious to know what’s going on or playing with her foster brother. Pegasus gets along with other dogs (cats unknown) and people. One might call her a social butterfly. During the work day and at night, Pegasus sleeps in her kennel- she may make a small peep at first but she’ll settle in for a peaceful sleep. Pegasus has gone for walks/runs with her foster mom and does well. She’ll need more training but she’s a quick learner and food motivated. Since she arrived, she has made big strides in her potty training. She keeps her kennel clean and has extremely few accidents, especially if kept on a schedule. Pegasus is ready for her new home!
