Petrie and his 8 siblings have been failed by humans twice now in their short 8 week lifetime. They were dumped at a Texas shelter before they should have ever been taken away from mom. Then were claimed by a rescue and they failed to pick them up. Matty's said no more babies, we've got you! Petrie and his siblings will be up here in about 2 weeks.
