Kellog and his siblings found themselves dumped in a high kill shelter in West Texas when they were sick and very young. Kellog and one sister are the only survivors.  His sister is still working on getting healthy. Kellog loves all dogs and everyone, cats would be a no. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful,
