Simon was a stray in Odessa, Texas.  He is a sweet and small boy who loves to cuddle.  He is good with other dogs and cats.  Simon is also good with humans of all sizes.  His foster says she has not heard him bark once!  Door bells, other dogs barking, strangers... no bark!
