Rosalie found herself unwanted and in a kill shelter in West Texas.  Rumor has it she is from a backyard breeder or puppy mill. She is hoping the second chance here in Minnesota will be her proof that many more people love dogs. Rosalie loves all dogs and everyone, however cats are unknown (i think she would be fine with slow intros). All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful,
