Darwin, his siblings and his momma were dumped in a high kill shelter in West Texas.  They love other dogs, but cats he has too much interest in so a not cat home for this boy. They are good with all people. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training.

Darwin is the perfect mix of adventure buddy and cuddle bug. Want to head to the trails and explore? He's game and has never met a stranger. he doesn't like.  Want to Netflix and chill? He's game as long as you share your blanket and give some belly rubs. 

He is killing potty training with supervision and a schedule and will be just fine in a kennel while you are at work. He will tell you all about it if you are too slow to let him out when youget home though; this boy has opinions! Ha!

Overall, his demeanor is gentle, and he is really good at picking up cues from other dogs. He has even managed to win over the affection of our resident dog, who can be a bit spicy. He adores following our kids and their friends around the yard and really just wants to be included in all the things. 

He is working on his general puppy manners and all the things that come with being a house dog; but has been a quick study and is eager to learn. He's food motivated and will do just about anything for a piece of cheese or hot dog. He does seem to have an intolerance to Lamb, so please know this about him, all other foods/proteins he has does well with. 

He loves a nice long walk where he can sniff to his heart's content, and is always up for cuddles. He hasn't met a dog toy he doesn't like and will take as many as he can to his kennel.
