Numero is a beautiful Lab-ish mix that found himself at a high kill shelter in West Texas. He is good with other dogs, kids and cats.    All dogs and puppies require supervision and training.  

Numero is a handsome snuggly gentle pup with a sleek and shiny coat. He loves other dogs of all ages and sizes. He is adaptable to their play styles, or lack there of for those who don't want to play. He loved doggie daycare, but is just as content laying at his fosters feet during the work day with some breaks.  He is potty trained, crate trained, travels in vehicle well and is great on a leash. He loves a good bone to chew on, rope to play tug and will chase a ball/toy all day long if he could. He is fun to watch when he gets the zoomies in the yard and then finishes off with a quick dip in the kiddie pool and an added bonus he will self entertain with his toys when needed. He doesn't know his size & can get a little mouthy when playing, but he redirects very well; so a watchful eye with young ones would be necessary until he understands the differences in play. He has done well with kids ages 11/2 to 12 with some reminders to all about proper manners, he pretty much watches and follows them around but if they want to rough house, he is up for that. He is VERY treat motivated  and eager to please with a good foundation of basic skills. He knows sit, laydown, shake, spin, kennel, no, off & leave it. He is working on his recall (does well most of the time) along with drop it, bring and stay. He enjoys lounging on a dog bed or snuggling with you on the couch. I'm sure he would love to occupy a spot in his human's bed if allowed, but curently sleeps on the dog bed all night and doesn't ask to come up. He has been around a dog saavy cat and was great with them as well. He would be a perfect addition to any active home.
