Chocolate found himself unwanted in a  high kill shelter in West Texas. He is good with other dogs and kids, cats are unknown.  All dogs and puppies require supervision and training. 

Chocolate is the sweetest, happiest boy, who wants to be your best buddy! His favorite thing is to be with you and get lots of snuggles. He is super submissive and learning manners like not jumping up (he can’t help it, he wants to give you lots of hugs!) and counter surfing, but he is super smart and a people pleaser, so he’ll learn quickly! He’s working on potty training, is so good in his kennel, and sleeps great through the night. He would do well in a home with other dogs - gets along great with his fellow foster brother and 3 resident dogs - but would be fine without, as he clearly adores his humans! Cats are unknown, but he didn’t care about them when he met them at a pet store. He’s likely good with kids, but due to his excitable hugging, older kids may be preferable. Any family would be lucky to have this beautiful and loving boy as a pet!
