Lasko and his siblings found themselves unwanted in a high kill shelter in West Texas. Their mom, Cicadas, and sister Locust came up last month. They are good with other dogs and kids, cats are good unless they eat his food, then he will bark at them. Meet Lasko, he was rescued from a shelter in Texas and brought to Minnesota in September. Since he has come into our foster care he has gone from being very shy and withdrawn to being a loving, happy and sweet puppy. He has been an absolute dream, he lets you know with little whimpers that he needs to go outside and has never messed in his kennel. He sleeps all night and loves to play when he’s not in his kennel. He is shy at first but opens up after a few minutes of petting. He loves to follow you around like a shadow so that you will stop and give him his favorite neck scratches. He is the perfect mix of playful and calm and you will have a hard time not chuckling at all the funny things he does with his big ears.
