Fiver is one of a litter of 7 that were surrendered from a reservation in South Dakota after their mom stopped feeding them.  She was adopted in MN but due to no fault of hers she was returned. 

Fiver is one of the sweetest, nicest dogs you will ever meet. She absolutely loves people and other dogs. She’s been around 2 older cats and did great with them. She is low-energy, and only barks when she’s playing or hungry. She is potty AND kennel trained, sleeps really well through the night, and knows basic commands. Because she is a people-pleaser, highly treat motivated, and very smart, she will be easy to train. She currently lives with 3 resident dogs, as well as 2 younger foster puppies, who she is so gentle and tolerant with, even when they’re jumping all over her. She has shown zero aggression whatsoever, even when there’s food, bones, or toys present - she has never met a person or dog that she doesn’t get along with. She is great with other dogs because she picks up on social cues from them and is respectful of their boundaries.

Fiver is a sensitive girl (she even has a sensitive tummy, so can only eat certain foods!) who doesn’t like to upset you – she only wants to please you, and just loves being told she’s a good girl. She is so mellow, and her favorite thing to do is to be around her people and take naps. I have never met such a calm dog (whether puppy or adult) in my life. Any family would be so lucky to have her as their pet!
