Shuga found herself unwanted, and in a high kill shelter in West Texas. Shuga is deaf, but she doesn't let that slow her down. She and her sister, Brindi were surrendered because the owners could not take care of them any longer. They are not bonded. Shuga is great with other dogs, tolerates cats, and loves kids. She is house trained and is learning some sign language. She will be joining rescue in October.. Priority will go to applicant who can bring her to a vet visit in Twin Cities metro, MN prior to adoption.
