Oliver found himself unwanted, and in a high kill shelter in West Texas. He is great with other dogs, cats and kids. From the foster:
Oliver is a happy and playful puppy with a charming personality that loves people and dogs. When we met him, he was skinny and pretty sad. After just a short while, he plays with toys and our dog nicely. Oliver is almost housebroken. He is secure in his crate. He will make a great family pet and companion. Oliver loves to snuggle and is all together a sweet, gentle boy.
