Nessy was found dumped/ stray in West Texas and brought to a high kill shelter.  She started her adventures in MN on a 3 week tour of Maplewood neighborhoods. She has since come to love the warmth of inside a home. A high fence is preferred.  The foster has a 6ft  fence and she’s made no attempt at escaping but she enjoys sniffing around the yard. How she does with cats is unknown but she does great with puppies and dogs. She walks well on leash but has prey drive for squirrels-just pulls a bit but doesn’t try to slip collar. Super calm and a snuggle bug, just wants to be near people. Plays on her own nicely. Potty trained, not crate trained but no need- she has free reign of the house and does fine. Had a tiny bit of separation anxiety in the beginning but she's doing really good now. She will need a home with another dog as she is a very social and open when she is with a companion.
