Charlie was dumped at a rural West Texas kill shelter. He has stunning blue eyes. He is great with other dogs and kids, cats are unknown. Puppies require training and supervision. He will be coming up to Minnesota late August and will need one visit our vet in Golden Valley, and then will be able to be adopted.
