Meet Major! This handsome guy is looking for his furever home, is that you? 

Major is an aprox 11 months old, 45lbs bundle of love & energy.  He loves to tear up stuffy toys, chase balls & chew on bones.  He is 99.9% potty trained (occasional accident when foster mom takes too long to let him out).  Kennel trained, does put up a little fuss when first going in, but will settle down after a short while.  Major does well with other dogs & loves to play rough.  He does have a bit of resource guarding at times (we are currently working on this) so just need to keep a close eye when other dogs are around.  Major does ok with cats, sometimes he seems like he wants a tasty snack, so would be best without cat siblings in the home.  He is very treat motivated and loves to please his humans.  Major is currently working on “no bite” for play manners.  He’s just a mouthy guy but is making great improvements.  Major would love an active person so he can get all his energy out on a daily basis and needs a confident leader to show him the way.  If you are interested in adopting Major or would like more info, please complete an online adoption application.
