Poppy was dumped at a shelter in West Texas.  She will be arriving in Minnesota in the next two weeks. She will need to be altered when she is here, so adopter or foster to adopt would need to bring her to her alter appointment at the Animal Humane Society in Golden Valley once it is scheduled.  Poppy is a sweet little ball of energy as most Chihuahua mixes are.  She is not leash trained.  She is good with other dogs and cats and is gentle with children.
