Chandler has recently been returned to rescue due to a bite incident.  The incident did not cause a hospital visit nor stitches.  It was surrounding a lawn mower and Chandler did not like the noise. We have enrolled Chandler in training at the Dog Wellness Club with Your Dog's Best Friend and he is doing very well.  He is great with dogs of all sizes.  Chandler previously loved going to dog parks.  He lived with a tiny dog.  Chandler is a bit confused as he had to leave his family.  He is a little hesitant with new people, but does not bark or lunge. He has lived with children and has done very well.  We would love to find an amazing family for him that will continue with training.  A fenced yard is a must for this young one!

Here is his bio from his current foster: Single, athletic high energy male with brown bedroom eyes loves living life to the fullest.  My ideal partner will want to spend time cuddling on the sofa, going for long walks or jogging.  I am learning how to heel but I like to be on point and move quickly.  I am by no means perfect, as hard as I try, I can't get along with cats. I want to chase them like I do the squirrels in the yard. Having a fence that is six foot high may make you feel more comfortable with me in your yard. I have not jumped over the 4 foot, but I think if a cute squirrel was on the other side I might. I am overly protective of my family members and a bit wary of the male human species.  I have learned to sit and wait at the door on command as I let the other dog go out before me.  I am also polite and wait until I am told to eat my food.  I kennel up when I am told and I do not bark or make a noise. I can be left in the kennel while my foster mom works and give her kisses upon her return.  I will cherish loyalty, companionship and someone who will take the time and patience to teach me that life has a lot to offer.  Please submit adoption application on our website. mattysheartandsoulanimalrescue.rescuegroups.org
