Lacey was found as a stray in Odessa, Texas. She was put into a scary shelter almost ready to give birth. We saved her just prior to her giving birth to 10 glorious puppies. Lacey is great with people and kids of all ages. She will roll over and beg for belly rubs with anyone she meets. She has high prey drive and cannot be with cats or small dogs. Lacey would be best as an only animal in the family. She will require a fenced in yard and people who love her and will keep her safe. She would do well on a leash with an active family who will ensure she is never let outside off leash. She would not do well in an apartment setting as there would be close proximity to smaller animals. Lacey is super eager to please, along with being VERY treat motivated. She knows sit, stay, front, shake, down, wait (for treat) and she is currently working on heal, spin and place. She loves a good bone to chew on, something tastey in a kong and of course a good squeeky stuffed toy. She is a champion snuggler and loves to give kisses. She is housebroken and loves a pile of blankets to lay on. She always has a goofy smile on her face dispite all that she has been through in her young life. Please submit an application for adoption on our website mattysheartandsoulanimalrescue.rescuegroups.org.
