Bob Marley was allowed to run along with other dogs.  Animal control picked him up and noone ever came to claim him nor the others.  From being stuck in a high kill shelter in West Texas... he is hoping someone is willing to love him. He loves all dogs and everyone, however cats are unknown. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training to be successful,
