Buttercream and siblings found themselves unwanted and on death row in a high kill shelter in West Texas.  They love other dogs and humans, cats would likely be fine with good intros.  All dogs and puppies require supervision and training.

Hi, everyone! My name is Buttercream. I have a BIG personality. I’m very clumsy and flop my big paws around, my host family says I am part moose. We are still working on potty training, but accidents are getting less and less everyday.  I do well in a kennel, and I also do very well in a bath! I love being around other animals and my foster sister is my best friend. I took awhile to warm up to my foster family, I was very scared and skittish. I will be scared of you too, but I will definitely warm up after a little while and ask for belly scratches all the time! It’s one of my favorite things. Another favorite thing of mine is toys and treats! Boy, do I love being spoiled. Once I know I am safe and loved, I will stick close to my family. I like sleeping with those that I love, and I will get excited to see you come home! I will also snuggle on the couch with you if you want me to. I am a baby boy who’s had a rough past, but is looking at a bright future. I have so much love to offer the world. I will be your best friend, but you will have to be patient with me and be mine in return.
