Razzia, her mom, Sevene, and her siblings were dumped in a high kill shelter in West Texas  They are good with dogs and kids, cats are unknown.   All dogs and puppies require supervision and training.

This smart, sweet girl made the trip up from TX with her littler mates and mamma at the beginning of November. She is a husky/shepherd mix. But just wait until you pet her; she is soooo soft!! Despite only ever living on the streets and in a shelter, Razzia adjusted to home life quickly. She is a playful girl who likes toys, treats and running in the yard. After some playing she is a sweet little snuggler and just wants to be with her people. She’s lovely on a leash; very inquisitive, so walks and adventures with her family will surely be a favorite activity. Razzia is treat and praise motivated, so training will be a fun bonding activity for her and her new family. She already knows sit, down, paw, touch and kennel up!

Razzia caught on to potty training very quickly. As long as we stick to the schedule and praise her for going outside we are having success! Accidents are extremely few and far between.

Razzia would prefer being part of the action but does not mind being in her crate. She is quiet and calm in her crate and sleeps through the night in it as well.

Razzia met the cat that lives at her foster home. And like any puppy she gave him a good chase. She is interested, but has never cornered him or barked at him. So a dog savvy cat could be an OK sibling for her. She loves the dogs that live there but she did need a slow intro. She has made tremendous progress with her comfortability and confidence around other dogs since she arrived here and would do very well with a dog sibling. Or she would be happy being your only #1 good girl.

As much as we are loving her stay with us and getting to know her, she deserves a family and a home to call her own. Could that be with you?
