Saros and his siblings were dumped and found themselves at a high kill shelter in West Texas. He is good with other dogs and older kids.  All dogs and puppies require supervision and training. .

Saros is an adorable guy who just wants to love you!

He's a playful smart pup and seems to get along with anyone - dogs, male or female. But he really loves his humans. He loves to lick your face and be near you when napping. He is still a tad mouthy and but is learning manners, so his licks can turn to nibbles, but he is learning redirection quite nicely! The herding instinct is strong in him - he will keep circling you, checking on you, and learns your routines. He would be wonderful at agility.

Saros is crate trained and potty trained. He calms nicely when we work from home and lays under the desk by our feet! He loves balls and chew sticks and prances new treats and toys around to show off his prizes.

This guy sure would love to have you bring him home and give him lots of love and a name you can actually pronounce!

He is kennel-trained and doesn’t even whimper unless he’s really gotta go. So he is potty-trained. Lucky for you, he holds it really well.

Saros is a love, and when he has settled, he will take all the belly pets you will go.

He’s learning more every day. He knows sit,
how to “slow” on his leash, and doesn’t pull when directed. He doesn’t bark at any cars that come by except the mail truck makes him a little nervous.

A home without cats will be the best success for him as he does like to chase some of them but not all. It's chase in a playful way, so definately would need to be dog savvy cats.

He’s still learning to play fetch but loves his toys, and will love for you to play with him.

He would succeed most with an active owner that can take him all the places.

Please put in your application on our website mattysheartandsoulanimalrescue.rescuegroups.org.
