Mom of Pippi's litter was bitten by a skunk on a SD Reservation, and the owner and vet they took her to suspected rabies.  Mom was euthanized and rabies exam came back negative. They were left without a mom at less than 4 weeks of age.  One of our amazing fosters said yes and became their momma.  They are looking for foster to adopt homes until spay/neuter date and then will be able to finalize adoption.  They are good with other dogs and cats. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training.

Hi! I'm Pippi! I'm one of an orphaned litter that has been raised by Matty's Heart and Soul Rescue. Our mama was a Jagdterrier mix, but we don't know about our dad. I look like a standard Jadgterrier!

They say I am a really sweet pup. I give hugs and licks but don't overwhelm you with all that. I also love good belly rubs or just leaning on you. I am crate trained and good on potty training. I really love it when you get home and I badly need to count my people once I get out of the kennel! Sometimes I do that before heading outside...oops! Working on that. I play and keep myself entertained but settle down nicely when my foster family is working. I love nose games and fluffy or squeaky toys. I was off leash a lot at the first foster home I lived in and I recall when you call me. I am fine with those leash things too.

I haven't been around a lot of children. I had a lot of brothers and can roughhouse well, but I can get along with pretty much all dogs. I love to play with my other foster dogs by running and doing zoomies in the yard. It's fun to chase my foster cats but just to play with them. They don't really like it, but I do!

So if you're ready to gain a new best friend, I'm on the market, so hit me up!
