Mento and his siblings found themselves unwanted in a high kill shelter in West Texas. Their mom, Cicadas, and sister Locust came up last month. They are good with other dogs and kids, cats are unknown. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training. 

Mento update: he still does not willingly let people touch him. If you happen to catch him in his dog bed and approach slowly he will tolerate being touched, but gives you the side eye the whole time and you can tell he is uncomfortable. He loves being in the room with people and wags his tail when people come around but is very leary of touch. He would do best in a home with another dog and a fenced yard. He has been fine with my cats.
