Windy and her siblings found themselves unwanted and in a high kill shelter in West Texas. They would be good with other dogs, cats and kids. All dogs and puppies require supervision and training. They are available for foster to adopt family while they wait for vetting appointment in Buffalo, MN.
From the foster: Windy is an affectionate puppy who loves to cuddle, play, eat and nap. She would do well in many different living situations. She prefers to follow my preschool aged daughters around and will initiate play with them. She would love to be in a home with children! I think she would also enjoy having a canine companion in the home to play with and learn the ropes from, but would do well as a single dog with proper socialization. She loves to play outside and would be a great fit for a family who is active in the outdoors and/or has a secured yard. Potty training and kennel training are a work in progress.
