Hazel-Rah is one of a litter of 7 that were surrendered from a reservation in South Dakota after their mom stopped feeding them.  All are good with other dogs, cats and kids. Puppies do need to be trained and supervised as puppy biting/chewing behaviors will exist through teething and training. 
From the foster :
Hazel-Rah is a little sweetheart who loves to run around, and then will gladly take a nap in your arms. She does great with other dogs and people. She is working on potty/crate training, basic commands, and manners.
Puppies will need to go into  foster to adopt homes while waiting for spay/neuter appointments. Priority will go to applicant who can bring her to a vet visit in the Twin Cities metro, MN prior to adoption.  Please put in your application on our website mattysheartandsoulanimalrescue.rescuegroups.org
