Red is an owner surrender from West Texas. His owner became overwhelmed with taking on too many younger dogs. He is very dog friendly and people friendly too. He is high energy so will need an active family. He still needs some work on basic manners (jumping).
Everyone comments how cute and soft I am! I love taking walks, chewing bones and snuggling with my humans. I’m potty trained and don’t bark very often, but need work on other training, such as jumping or taking food that belongs to the humans. I’m good with kids but might prefer a house with older kids. My foster mom has a 4 year old that I’ve been good with, but I don’t enjoy his grabby hands. I would do best in a house with a fenced yard or that walks often because I have a lot of energy!
