Rocky was surrendered to a high kill shelter in Odessa, Texas with his siblings and momma, Gypsy Rose. The puppies are great around other dogs, cats, and kids. They will be up in Minnesota within the next couple of weeks and will need a foster and vetting prior to adoption.
